High Precision. Versatility. Productivity.
The FVL-8, 12, 20 and 24 Series meets the need to integrate
automation or cell manufacturing into the market. This series
is widely used in the automotive parts, engines and compressor
industries by using a simplified fixture design and is excellent for
turning irregular shaped workpieces. The automotive industry's
lightweight and environmental restrictions and the popularity of
alternative energy vehicles are driving a substantial increase in the
demand of forged aluminum wheels. D
With our steel-inlaid guideway technology, this series adopts the dual-
turret dual-system configuration that simultaneously handles the inner E
and outer diameter of the aluminum wheels. The machining range can

reach 26" aluminum wheels, which greatly reduces machining time. The
6+6 turret provides additional flexibly for tool selection.
Our exclusive iMachine Communications System™ (iMCS) software
includes remote machine monitoring, data analysis, alarm history and
maintenance updates to improveA overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
Working with Chevalier’s software,B an operator easily controls the
machine with simple procedures to increase productivity.

With this series small footprint, multiple machines can be arranged side by side,

1— Large slant-bed chip-removal design with strong coolant to remove all chips.
2— The special square-steel-inlaid guideway design provides superior cutting rigidity.
